I have been a freelance broadcast Cameraman for over twenty years. I started in the industry in the Film Unit at BBC Bristol in 1976. I left the BBC to become freelance in 1980. My main area of work is in documentary film-making with particular interest in people and the environment.

My specific Natural History skill is working with presenters on location, getting the best sync material out of the given situation.

Presenters I have worked with include David Attenborough, Simon King, Mike Dilger, Nick Baker and Bill Oddie.

I have a shed load of equipment, which I have amassed over the years.

I have worked on film, 35mm and Super 16mm. and most video formats - DV, DiGi Beta, and HD.

Some NHU credits have been 'Watch Out', 'Nature Detective', 'The Really Wild Show' and 'Nature Of Britain'.
